Ordering & Shipping

Where do orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled by Amazon from our U.S. warehouse, with fast, reliable delivery across the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we will send it to you.

Products & Compatibility

Will PHYSCE chargers work with my device?
Our chargers use USB-C Power Delivery (PD) and PPS, compatible with iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Nintendo Switch, and most USB-C devices. Each product page lists supported devices and per-port output.

What do the RGB lights mean?
The 3D RGB indicator shows real-time charging status and power level, and can be toggled with one tap.

Are PHYSCE products safe and certified?
Yes. Our chargers are UL certified and FCC compliant, with BatteryEco protection and CoolerSync real-time temperature management.

Can I take a PHYSCE power bank on a plane?
Yes. Our 3-in-1 Power Bank 10K is well under the 100Wh TSA/FAA carry-on limit. Always carry power banks in your hand luggage, not checked baggage.

Nintendo Switch Compatibility

Which PHYSCE charger works with Switch 2 in TV mode?
The 67W, 100W or 140W. Connect only the dock to one USB-C port (C1 or C2 on the 100W and 140W). We tested them with the original Switch 2 dock and 19 third-party docks. The 100W and 140W charge your MacBook too.

Can I charge Switch 2 in handheld mode?
Yes, with any PHYSCE charger or the 3-in-1 Power Bank 10K.

Does it work with the original Switch dock?
Yes, the 45W. We tested it with the original Switch and Switch OLED docks.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
Return any physce.com order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it has been opened. Return shipping is free. See our Refund Policy for details.

What warranty do I get?
Products bought on physce.com, including Buy with Prime orders, come with PHYSCE Care, a 3-year limited warranty. It is our longest coverage and is available only on our official site. See our Warranty page.
