Returns, Refunds & Warranty

This policy applies to PHYSCE chargers and power banks purchased on physce.com.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns (physce.com orders only)

Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you have opened and used it. Items bought at a sale price are included.

Please send back the product with all included accessories and the original box.

Return shipping is free. We will email you a prepaid return label.

How to start a return

Orders placed with Buy with Prime: start your return from your Buy with Prime order confirmation email. These returns are free and are handled by Amazon under the Amazon.com returns policy.

All other orders:

  1. Email support.us@physce.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Once your return arrives and is checked, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Packages sent without a return label from us may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will send a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover all shipping costs.

3-Year Limited Warranty (physce.com only)

Products purchased on physce.com, including Buy with Prime orders, are covered for 3 years (36 months) from the delivery date. Products purchased from other retailers, including Amazon.com, are covered for 24 months. See our Warranty page for full terms.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please email us.
