PHYSCE Care — 24-Month Limited Warranty

Every PHYSCE product purchased from physce.com is covered by PHYSCE Care, our 24-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

What's covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• Failure to perform to published specifications (output power, charging protocols)
• Built-in cables, connectors, and RGB indicators

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse, accident, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear such as cosmetic scratches
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to make a claim

1. Email Support.US@physce.com with your order number and a brief description (photos or video help us resolve faster).
2. Our team responds within 1–2 business days with troubleshooting or a replacement decision.
3. Approved claims receive a free replacement. No-hassle, no return shipping cost for confirmed defects.
