PHYSCE Care: 3-Year Limited Warranty
Every PHYSCE charger and power bank purchased on physce.com, including Buy with Prime orders, is covered by PHYSCE Care for 3 years (36 months) from the delivery date. This 3-year coverage is available only on our official site. Products purchased from other retailers, including Amazon.com, are covered for 24 months.
What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Failure to perform to published specifications (output power, charging protocols)
- Built-in cables, plugs, connectors, and RGB indicators
What's not covered
- Damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repair
- Misuse, or use with incompatible or damaged equipment
- Normal wear, such as cosmetic scratches
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
What we'll do
If your product is covered, we will replace it with a brand-new unit free of charge, including all shipping costs. If the same model is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable model or issue a refund.
How to make a claim
- Email support.us@physce.com with your order number (or proof of purchase from another retailer) and a short description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us resolve it faster.
- We will reply within 1 business day with troubleshooting steps or a replacement.
Legal
This warranty is provided by PHYSCE LLC, 15333 Culver Dr, Ste 341-3014, Irvine, CA 92604, USA. To the extent permitted by law, PHYSCE is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
