We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. All orders are fulfilled by Amazon from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Address changes, lost or damaged shipments

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, email Support.US@physce.com with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
