We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing and delivery

Orders are sent to Amazon for fulfillment as soon as payment is confirmed. All orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States and typically arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Track your package anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we will send it to you.

Address changes, lost or damaged shipments

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to update it before the order ships. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, email support.us@physce.com with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
