Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The PHYSCE Spin & Win Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by PHYSCE LLC, 15333 Culver Dr, Ste 341-3014, Irvine, CA 92604, USA ("Sponsor"). Questions: support.us@physce.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and suppliers, and their immediate family members and people living in the same household, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 6:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 30, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Each "Day" begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit physce.com/pages/giveaway, choose a charger, enter your email address, confirm that you are eligible and agree to these Official Rules, agree to receive marketing emails from PHYSCE, and click "SPIN TO WIN" (or pull the lever). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; unsubscribing does not affect any prize you have won or any code you have received.

Entry limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address in any 7-day period. Bonus entries: after entering, you receive a personal share link. Each time another eligible person enters for the first time through your link, you receive one (1) additional entry, up to three (3) bonus entries per week (Monday through Sunday, PT). Entries made with multiple email addresses, disposable email addresses, scripts, bots or any other automated means are void.

5. Instant Win Game and Prizes

Each eligible entry is one instant-win spin of the on-screen slot machine. The animation is for display only; the result is decided by the method described below at the moment you spin. Up to five (5) prizes are available each Day. Prizes not awarded on a Day do not roll over to later Days. No more than eighty (80) prizes will be awarded during the Giveaway Period.

Prize: one (1) PHYSCE 67W Two-Sided 3D RGB Gaming Charger (Webb Gray), shipped free of charge to a U.S. address. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $59.59 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,767.20.

Whether an entry wins is determined at the time of entry by a random number generator. Each eligible entry has a two and one-half percent (2.5%, or 1 in 40) chance of winning while a prize is still available that Day, until three (3) prizes have been awarded in total during the Giveaway Period; after that, each eligible entry has a one-half of one percent (0.5%, or 1 in 200) chance of winning while a prize is still available that Day. After five (5) prizes have been awarded on a Day, or after eighty (80) prizes have been awarded in total, no further prizes are awarded (that Day, or for the rest of the Giveaway Period, respectively), and later entries receive only a discount code. Line up three 67W symbols to win; all other results show your discount code. Limit one (1) prize per person, household, shipping address and email address during the Giveaway Period.

6. Claiming and Delivery of Prizes

A potential winner will see a winning message on screen, and a prize claim link will be sent only to the email address used to enter. The claim code is not shown on screen. To claim the prize, the potential winner must use the emailed link to place a $0.00 order (with free standard shipping) on physce.com within fourteen (14) days and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. If the claim email cannot be delivered because the email address is incorrect or cannot receive mail, or if a prize is not claimed within 14 days, the prize is forfeited. Sponsor may ask a potential winner to confirm eligibility before shipping. Prizes ship within about five (5) business days after the claim order, fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. Manufacturer's warranty terms apply to the prize.

7. Discount Codes (Not a Prize)

Every person who enters receives a one-time discount code for the charger they choose. Discount codes are a promotional offer available to all entrants and are not prizes. On physce.com, each code can be used once, for one unit of the selected product, within 72 hours of being issued. Discount codes are valid on physce.com only and cannot be used on Amazon.com or any other store. Codes cannot be combined with other physce.com offers, exchanged for cash or resold.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if canceled, award prizes from eligible entries received before the cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, network or computer malfunctions of any kind.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Privacy

Information collected in this Giveaway is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from PHYSCE; you can unsubscribe at any time.

13. Winners List

Recent winners are shown on the Giveaway page and physce.com with their win date, first name, last initial and state (for example, "Sarah K. from CA"). We never show full names, email addresses or street addresses. Except where prohibited by law, by claiming a prize a winner agrees to this use. To opt out, email support.us@physce.com. For a list of winners, email support.us@physce.com with the subject "Giveaway Winners List" within 60 days after the Giveaway Period ends.

14. Not Affiliated With Other Companies

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X or any other platform. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
